Why is it, criminals can't

Why is it, criminals can't drive. They always have to tear up other peoples stuff. They ought to have to pay for it. Instead of running your insurance bill up.

I would like to comment on

I would like to comment on this as I have known this man and his family for 25 years and I do not know what has happen to him.But to the comment about welfare, this family has never been on welfare and he comes from a very good and loving family. They have always loved him and they will always do so..We can not judge what happen when we do not know.Things like this are so wrong and I am the first to agree on this but until we know the facts, please do not slander his family.
This man went in the service and do so for our country, and I will say did a good job..So he has not always done this such a thing..I am sure the
drugs played a major factor here with this man because this is not the man I have always known...But drugs will take our life from us,so with this being said,I choose to be in prayer for Mike, his family, and the lady this happen to.I do not judge anyone as we all have things happen in our family we are not proud of.And this could happen in your family. This is very serious and all are very aware of this.
I will say his mother and father are devastated by this as any parent would be for a child.Because this is not their son.Try praying for all involved instead of passing judgement....
