THIS JUST IN: The 1400 block

THIS JUST IN:

The 1400 block of Miles Road has been annexed into the city of Harlem. No, Just kidding. Miles Road is still outside the City of Harlem, and Lacy Aaron Schmidt is definitely not one of our citizens.

You can have him.

I'm not saying he is guilty,

I'm not saying he is guilty, but I just don't want people thinking that he is a citizen of Harlem. Other then that, I don't care if he is guilty or innocent.
