The article's title gives the
Unpublished

The article's title gives the impression that burglaries are going through the roof, not that a burglary happened through the roof. Either way, due to the coming hard times, this kinda stuff will probably increase and store owners will have to watch their areas more carefully. A byproduct of a bad economy.

From the story, "Silas said

From the story, "Silas said he arrested Collier inside of the Corner Mini-Mart at Laney Walker Boulevard and Twiggs Street"..But even before that was in the original story, when first posted, I KNEW that Lt. Silas made the arrest. He is an amazing officer! (plus, it's an given that if he's quoted in the paper, he was involved in the apprehension..bet on it).

Even if Robbie Silas didn't

Even if Robbie Silas didn't make this arrest he has genuine hound dog blood in his veins. ah ahaha
He can track down stolen items and crooks better and faster than anyone i've ever interviewed. If every RC officer had the instincts of Robbie Silas there would be a traffic jam of crooks headed out of town.
