An Evans man was robbed at gunpoint in the Wild Wings Café parking lot late Wednesday, according to a Richmond County Sheriff's Office incident report.

The 20-year-old victim told officers he was unlocking his vehicle around 11 p.m. when two men approached him with a handgun.

The victim said he had previously seen the men slowly circling the restaurant parking lot at 3035 Washington Road in a light blue minivan, possibly a Chrysler.

They told him to put his money on the ground, he said. .

After taking $27, the men re-entered the minivan and drove toward the back parking lot of the restaurant.

countyman says this man

countyman says this man really just engaged in a financial transaction and therefore it really isn't a crime that should be counted.

I agree with where's a description? Are we looking for the two to still be riding in the mini van? Do you not want citizens help in possible catching them? Were there no cameras in the parking lot? More info please.
