The victim of a shooting at a Columbia County hotel was arrested Tuesday as authorities searched for two men they believe were involved.
Ardarius Sandtander Price, 23, of Stone Mountain, Ga., was shot in the hand at Quality Inn on Jimmy Dyess Parkway near Interstate 20 about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.
He refused to cooperate with police and was charged with obstruction of an officer and criminal damage to property, Columbia County sheriff's Capt. Steve Morris said.
Price was being held in the Columbia County Detention Center on a $6,700 bond, according to jail records.
During a search of the room, police found a small amount of marijuana, Morris said. Police are trying to determine the owner of a black BMW and $946, which also were seized.
