Two Hephzibah teens were arrested today and charged in a Friday incident involving the same underage girl, Richmond County sheriff's Investigator Sean Cochran said.

Artavious Sylvester Feazell, 17, of the 3700 block of Kingsgate Drive was jailed about 3 p.m., according to a booking report. He is charged with child molestation.

Nicholas Oran Jackson, 18, of the 2000 block of Country Place Drive, was arrested about 2 p.m. in the 1600 block of Doug Barnard Parkway, according to the report. Jackson, listed as a student, was jailed on a charge of statutory rape.

The victim's mother told law enforcement that Jackson visited their Hephzibah home Friday afternoon without her permission and brought with him Feazell, whom the victim did not know.
