According to a Richmond County sheriff's report, the man told officers that at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, a man jumped out of a black Ford Explorer, placed a knife to the man's neck, and threatened to kill him. The man told officers that his dog prevented the man from cutting him.
The attacker was described as a white man with a shaved head between 25 and 30 years old, about six feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds and covered in tattoos.
