This is the summer of the one piece.
Great swimwear brands, from J.Crew to ASOS, are diversifying their swimwear lineup and adding more kinds of cuts that lengthen legs and hide tummies – things most of us are looking for in a swimsuit.
The best part about this becoming a truly mainstream trend is that there are now a wide variety of sizes and fits, allowing anyone to be able to find their dream one piece in a flattering, well fitting cut.
ASOS has a huge variety of sizes, from long torso to extended cup sizes, and in styles that are trendy and exciting.
WHAT’S AFFORDABLE. There’s less than a month left to buy farm fresh direct produce from J&L Farms in Hephzibah for this season, a local farm that is famous among locavore Augustans for their farm-raised eggs.
This farm opens to the public Fridays from 12:30 to 5 p.m. and has sold kale, spring beets, butterhead lettuce and a wide variety of other fresh product in past weeks, but you never know exactly what you’ll get!
The farm is located at 2938 Georgia Highway 88 and you can call (843) 263-7063 for more information.
WHAT’S NEW. The crowdsourcing phenomenon has brought us eBay, Uber, AirBnB and more – and now it’s going to help you throw a yacht party.
GetMyBoat is an app that allows you to rent boats directly from owners, cutting out expensive charter services and allowing you to find exactly what you’re looking for.
