Two local Re/Max real estate firms will merge

  • Follow Local Business

Owners of Re/Max Partners in Evans have acquired sister real estate firm Re/Max Masters.

The two companies will consolidate April 1 into the Re/Max Masters office on Washington Road in Evans, said Brenda Dansby, founder of Re/Max Partners.

“I think it’ll give us a better presence in the community,” she said. “We love where we are right now, but it’s kind of off the beaten path.”

Dansby said her team of 15 real estate agents and other staff will merge with 12 employees at Re/Max Partners.

Dansby declined to disclose the acquisition price.

Re/Max Partners, opened in 2009, is owned by Dansby and agent Terri Thomas. The full-service real estate company is on Industrial Park Drive.
