Augusta's business expo planned Dec. 5

Augusta will host its sixth annual business networking event on Dec. 5.

The Spotlight on Success business expo, sponsored by Augusta’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, will take place from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Boathouse Community Center, 101 Riverfront Drive in Augusta.

University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Director Chris Hanks will serve as the keynote speaker, and lunch also will be provided.

The expo is designed as a networking avenue for Augusta businesses as well as to provide resources to the business community.

Registration is free but attendees must sign up by Nov. 29.
