The spot at 615 E. Martintown Road in North Augusta was selected because it is a busy thoroughfare, said Ali Kassam, a representative of the marketing and advertising agency that represents BullChicks.

“There’s a lot of other businesses in the area,” Kassam said. “Plus, they really liked the location. They thought it was a beautiful location. They thought it was a great opportunity to take it over and be able to offer another stand-alone location that has a drive-through for customers’ convenience.”

The building has housed Pork Chops, Carl’s Best BBQ and Chef’s Bistro & Grill restaurants.

BullChicks will have 15 to 20 employees, and the franchisee is hiring, Kassam said.

The Texas-based restaurant chain also has a BullChicks at 503 Highland Ave. in Augusta, which opened in January, closed briefly and reopened in June under new management.

Finally!

Even though it's yet another *fast food* place, at least it's something offering more than was here before.

Yes, another fast food. Have

Yes, another fast food. Have mercy. Apparently, North Augusta doesn't make the cut in market research for finer dining establishments.

If only she had franchised her "home cooking", the world would be a much better place.
Now, I wonder how many have any idea what I'm talking about?
