A group of business majors at Southern Wesleyan University’s North Augusta campus is working with Kroger to sponsor a food and clothing drive Nov. 12.

The food and clothing drive will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of the Kroger store at 1284 Knox Avenue in North Augusta.

Donations of nonperishable food items will be accepted. The goal is to collect at least 100 pounds of food, Charles Williams, an assistant professor of business at Southern Wesleyan, said in a news release.

All proceeds will benefit Broad Street Ministries. For more information, call (864) 230-1151 or send an e-mail to dcjones@swu.edu.
