How many people in Augusta

How many people in Augusta are collecting unemployment? Telling us about the changes isn't very helpful.

Fewer 1st Timers In Feb.

Does this mean
We are re-cycling the unemployed?

or
Those employers have laid off everybody and there are no more to lay off?

Or,
Has ARC just ran out 1st timers?
