A corporate event and wedding venue is open in National Hills shopping center.
Legends Club, a 10,000-square-foot event center, was a corporate hospitality venue during the Masters Tournament and celebrated the grand opening of its full-service operations Thursday, according to President Steve Briggs.
The business, at 2701 Washington Road, specializes in corporate functions, weddings and trade shows. It employs eight full-time staffers and contracts with freelance bartenders and servers for events, Briggs said.
The space features a ballroom that can hold up to 500 people, a mezzanine with capacity for 150 and two patios. The ballroom can be divided into two rooms for separate events.
“We can have three functions at the same time that will go off without a hitch and not interfere with each other,” Briggs said.
Legends Club has booked weddings and corporate events for most Saturdays through June, he said.
