Aiken shooting suspect surrenders to police

A Beech Island man being sought on charges of attempted murder turned himself in to Aiken County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.

According to the sheriff’s office, Devin Tre Lorenz Washington, 18, was booked into the Aiken County Detention Center on charges of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and five counts of attempted murder.

Washington, and the victim, Marcus Washington, of Beech Island, were involved in an argument July 1 when shots were fired by both, according to authorities. No injuries were reported.

Aiken authorities considered Washington to be armed and dangerous.

Wait, so those crosses on his face in the other mugshot ( http://chronicle.augusta.com/news/crime-courts/2012-07-25/aiken-county-s... ) were just DRAWN on his face?! What a GANGSTA! Or is he wearing makeup to cover them up here. Either way, he's got some street cred! Makeup or Sharpie!
