According to a news release, police discovered two active meth labs May 3 in the 1200 block of Barn Owl Road.
Police said about $30,000 worth of meth was removed from the two labs – one inside the residence and one in an adjoining camper.
The residence was cleaned of all hazardous chemicals and then condemned by Aiken County Code Enforcement.
Joe Brooks Jr., 43; Patricia Ann Quarles, 67; Angela Dawn Mathis, 38; and Amanda Kaye Buff, 29; all of the 1200 block of Barn Owl Road, were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and trafficking methamphetamine.
Brooks was also charged with receiving stolen goods.
On Tuesday, investigators obtained search warrants for a residence in the 200 block of Barway Road for possible manufacturing.
Investigators found less than a gram of meth and numerous items used in its manufacturing.
Ashley Marie Mitchell, 25, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful exposure of minor child to methamphetamine. Harry Sydor Willis Jr., 61, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine within a half-mile of a school and trafficking methamphetamine over 100 grams.
