Burke, Aiken county sheriff's offices seek woman in burglary

The Burke County Sheriff’s Office wants to question a woman in connection with a Dec. 12 burglary.

Tara Mary Fay Dickinson tried to cash a check on the victim’s personal checking account at a bank in Belvedere a few hours after the burglary, said Burke County sheriff’s Sgt. Dedric Smith. She is also wanted by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office in connection with this case.

Anyone with information regarding Dickinson is asked to contact the Burke County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 554-2133 or other local authorities.

Pretty young lady, too bad

Pretty young lady, too bad she has resorted to a life as a criminal. I don't understand what these young people are thinking.....

Since we do not punish these

Since we do not punish these types of crimes, the young people do not consider these actions as criminal. If it were really criminal people would be going to jail. If these young people noticed their friends and acquaintances disappearing for 5 or 10 years when they did these kinds of things there might actually be an incentive not to steal.
