ATC Development has announced plans to begin construction on apartment complexes in Aiken and Grovetown, development coordinator Kimberly Walden said.
The Grovetown community, Sterlington Apartments, will be located off East Robinson Avenue and Woodward Drive and will have 50 units. One-bedroom units will be 725 square feet, two-bedroom units will be 985 square feet, and two-bedroom flats will be 1,092 square feet. The development is estimated to cost $1.2 million.
The Aiken development will be called New London and will be behind the Aiken Target store, Walden said. New London will have 64 units, and ATC Development is in the building application process.
