The Aiken Technical College Foundation raised $28,247 at its fifth annual Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner event held earlier this fall at University of South Carolina Aiken’s Convocation Center. The event features a mystery guest and raises money for student scholarships.

This year’s mystery guest was singer/songwriter Livingston Taylor. Taylor performed several of his hit songs, signed copies of his latest CD and met with guests. Before his appearance, guests walked the red carpet, had their pictures taken by “paparazzi,” participated in a 64-item silent auction, and had dinner and drinks. More than 300 people attended the sold-out event.

The event was sponsored by Kimberly-Clark, Shaw AREVA MOX, Savannah River Nuclear Solutions and Savannah River Remediation.
