An Augusta man pleaded guilty Tuesday to reduced charges in a child molestation case involving three victims.
Natrel Ray, 21, pleaded in Richmond County Superior Court to three counts of sexual battery. Judge James G. Blanchard Jr. accepted the negotiated sentenced of eight years in prison followed by seven years probation. He rejected the defense’s request for First Offender status.
Ray fondled three girls, ages 12 to 14, between Jan. 2 and June 4, 2015. At the time of his arrest, Ray was a senior in high school. He had no prior criminal record.
