Man indicted on federal charge of producing child pornography

A man accused of creating child pornography has been indicted in U.S. District Court.

Sean Antrone Grace was named in the federal indictment returned by a grand jury last week. The charge carries a potential penalty of 15 to 30 years in prison without parole.

According to the indictment, Grace is accused of enticing, inducing and coercing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct on July 11 in order to produce one or more images of the conduct.
