John McCain is an honorable man. I, being a Democrat, for the most part have nothing but admiration for him. He is a stand-up, patriotic American, who has paid some heavy dues. To have the president, he of the five deferments, to mock him, is unconscionable.
Over and over, it has been stated that the peaceful protests, kneeling and any others have been about people of color desiring their voices to be heard. No one is trying to erase white existence, or white history, just a more honest narrative, and a sensitive ear.
I wonder if the NFL teams, especially the two that played in England, have noticed that the Presidents Cup team members were able to stand during the anthem and also wear the American flag on their hats and shirts during play?
