Man accused of setting Twin Peaks restaurant on fire pleads not guilty

The man accused of crashing into the Twin Peaks restaurant and setting it on fire pleaded not guilty Friday.

Roland E. Croyle, 45, was arraigned in Richmond County Superior Court on two counts of arson, one count of criminal damage to property and 21 counts of aggravated assault.

Croyle was arrested in connection with the June 26 fire at the restaurant on Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway. He is being held without bond.
