A very tall tale

This week, Storyland Theatre will take the stage at the Grover Maxwell Per­forming Arts Theatre with its production of Jack and the Beanstalk.

Storyland Theatre executive director Barbara Feldman says throughout the course of the show’s four-day run they are expecting to perform for more than 8,100 students who from 12 counties.

School shows are at 9:30 and 10:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. daily from March 28-31 and are $5. A family matinee will be at 3 p.m. April 1 and is $6. Active-duty military and their families are admitted free with ID. Jack and the Beanstalk wraps up Storyland Theatre’s 29th season. Learn more online at storylandtheatre.org.
