Work is underway in the Village at Riverwatch on a 42,000-square-foot Cabela’s Outpost store. Cabela’s is one of the nation’s largest retailers of hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation gear. A construction permit for $4 million was taken out by CDI Construction of Little Rock, Ark., on Sept. 16, according to city data. The store is set to open in the spring with 90 full-time, part-time and seasonal staffers.
