KEM concert cancelled at Bell Auditorium

The concert featuring R&B artist KEM and special guest K’Jon on Aug. 18 at The Bell Auditorium has been cancelled, according to a release from Augusta Entertainment Complex.

The release did not say why the concert was cancelled, and officials did not respond to inquiries before publication.

Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase, according to the release. Refunds will begin Monday at 9 a.m. at the Champion’s Box Office at James Brown Arena and will continue during normal business hours.

Tickets purchased at James Brown Arena’s box office must be present in order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be made in the method of payment used to originally purchase the tickets.

Customers who purchased tickets through or by phone at (877) 4AUGTIX will receive a refund to the credit card used for purchasing tickets within five to 10 business days.
