Ga. woman leaves kids in car at courthouse, jailed

  • Follow News

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Gwinnett County deputies say a woman who left her infant and 2-year-old in a car while she paid a traffic ticket is charged with reckless conduct.
Sheriff's officers say 25-year-old Elizabeth Bell was arrested Thursday after a Department of Family and Children's Services worker reported finding two small children left alone in a car outside a county court building.
Officers say Bell told a deputy her children were sleeping and she didn't want to wake them.
Officers say a deputy found that the car's engine was off and that one window was rolled down about 2 inches.
Jail records show Bell's bond has been set at $2,400.

We need to take a test to

We need to take a test to perform CPR, we need to take a test to drive. Yet, people can shoot out a couple of kids with no real supervision or education. The kids are the ones to suffer for the inequities of the parents.

Where do these people come

Where do these people come from? The excuses this "adults" use are amazing. DFCS please keep this chidlren far away from her. She may them at home the next time she leaves home if they are "ASLEEP". That way she can party without the "problem" of having her children. I hate loser women who create life and destroy others lives with their own stupidity! FRY HER!!!

The article does not state

The article does not state how old the children are, whether the car was running with the AC on, or whether they could roll down the windows, or open the doors and get out. I'm 60, had a great upbringing, and mom left us in the car while she shopped all the time.

amazing that heteros are

amazing that heteros are still allowed to have as many children as they want, and treat them as they want, yet same-sex couples who have more education, more money, more responsibility, more values, are denied the right to raise healthy children who are not exposed to these dangerous acts.l; HMMMMM
