Photographer uses process similar to tintype

ABOUT THE PROCESS

The wet-plate collodion process, similar to a tintype, dates to the mid-1800’s. Subjects must remain still for a long time to make a sharp image.

IF YOU’RE GOING

The public is invited to watch photographer Keliy Anderson-Staley demonstrates her process during an ongoing demonstration on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. at the Morris Museum of Art in Augusta.
