A motorcyclist was killed in a collision early Sunday and the driver of the other vehicle was charged with drunk driving and homicide by vehicle, authorities said.

Hilton Alphonso Milton, of Hephzibah, was pronounced dead at 3:21 a.m., according to an email from Richmond County Deputy Coroner Kenneth Boose.

Deputies were called to the 2400 block of Windsor Spring Road about 2:30 a.m. in response to an accident with injuries, dispatch confirmed.
