An Augusta man has been indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter and armed robbery.
A Richmond County grand jury returned the indictments Tuesday against Dominique S. Sullivan, 20. He is accused of fatally shooting his friend Delarrion T. Smith, 18, on Nov. 11 while playing with a gun. Sullivan is also accused of holding up Steven K. Moore at gunpoint Aug. 27, taking his wallet and cellphone.
Sullivan is being held without bond. He is expected to be arraigned this month.
