Fallen Heroes Memorial Tour honors J.D. Paugh

On Oct. 24, 2011, a memorial was placed off Interstate 520 at exit 3A for fallen Richmond County sheriff's Deputy James D. Paugh. The sky is reflected in a helmet bearing names and kind words of those who visited the memorial throughout the day.
