There is a new boss at Trinity Hospital of Augusta, but he is not unfamiliar to the hospital.
Jason Studley took over as CEO of Trinity after the retirement of Jim Cruickshank, the hospital announced Thursday. Studley was assistant CEO at Trinity in 2010. He most recently had been CEO at L.V. Stabler Hospital in Greenville, Ala.
Studley has held a variety of leadership positions with Community Health Systems Inc., Trinity’s parent company, since he joined the company in 2009, according to the hospital’s news release. He will be Trinity’s second CEO since the former St. Joseph Hospital was sold and renamed in 2006.
