The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for an unidentified suspect accused of stealing three flat-screen televisions and a PlayStation 2 on Thursday from an Augusta home.
Approximately 10:25 a.m., deputies responded to the 2700 block of Deen Avenue where a 22-year-old female victim said her home was ransacked, according to an incident report from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
The victim told deputies the suspect entered her home by breaking a glass panel, then unlocked the door from the inside. Once inside, the suspect is accused of taking a 60-inch flat screen TV, 50-inch flat-screen TV, 32-inch flat-screen TV and a Sony PlayStation, the report stated.
No suspect information was provided.
