Shots fired after card game in North Augusta

NORTH AUGUSTA — A argument during a card game Monday evening led to shots being fired at a home on Ridgefield Drive.


According to an incident report, a 31-year-old victim notified authorities after his friend Kojack entered his home and began firing a handgun about 8:30 p.m.

The victim told authorities he and a group of friends, including Kojack and men known as Duck Juice, Tutt and Black, were sitting around playing cards and drinking when they started arguing.

Kojack left the home but returned 15 minutes later and began firing the gun he pulled from his waistband, police said.

All the occupants in the home fled to safety after seeing the weapon, and no injuries were reported.

Authorities discovered bullet casings on the porch of the home.

Authorities were unable to located Kojack after the incident.
