Granger leads the Pacers with 18.6 points per game, and had started 66 of Indiana's 67 games.

HORNETS: David West returned from a two-game injury Wednesday night when New Orleans played Houston.

West sprained his right ankle last Friday night when the Hornets defeated the Los Angeles Lakers.
