A Martinez family is facing a difficult holiday and would appreciate your help.
"We are two grandparents and two grandsons," they write. "Grandpa lost his job and, to make ends meet, we had to take all of the money he had in his 401K.
"He looked for work, but no one was hiring.
"In October we were served with eviction notice, but managed to avoid it through the goodness of God and the generosity of friends.
"We have exhausted all avenue of rescue except prayer. We would give anything to be able to stay in this house. Please help us so that we are not homeless."
