CHARLES WALKER SR. continues to cost taxpayers money by trying to have his court case thrown out. Hasn't he stolen enough from us already?
SECTION 8 RECIPIENTS do not have a time line in which to get a job or get on their feet; they can continue to abuse the system for an indefinite period of time. So why would they be motivated to get a job? Why not put a time limit on how long they can be on this program?
THIS IS A RAVE for the prisoners who get out there and clean the trash on the side of the road, and I have a rant for the people who throw their trash right back out there not even a week later. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You should be out there cleaning your own crap up.
I AM A EIGHTH-GRADE student at Grovetown Middle School, and I failed the math portion of the CRCT by five points. They said I had the choice of going to summer school and taking the test over or I could repeat the eighth grade again. Well, I think that is pretty stupid that they will keep you back over five little points! Y'all need a new way of doing things in Columbia County cause that is just outrageous! I'm sure a bunch of other adults and students will agree with me too.
THIS IS A RANT TO ALL the weirdos that leave their mailbox lids open so that they can look out the window to see if it is closed and they will know the mail has been delivered. The postal service is required to stop and close all mail boxes that are open regardless if they have mail for that mail address. In my opinion, I would simply put a "please pick up your mail at your local post office" memo in the box as it is illegal to leave the lids open on purpose. This causes additional time and gas for the mail employees to stop and close it.
