WHAT: Garden City Rescue Mission brings back its Hotrodin’ for the Homeless Car and Bike Show BBQ fundraiser for a second year.

WHEN: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 5

WHERE: Victory Baptist Church, 620 W. Martintown Road, North Augusta

COST: Barbecue plates are $8 each. Car and bike show registration is $20. To pre-register, e-mail amie@gardencityrescue

THE MISSION: The Garden City Rescue Mission on Fenwick Street operates a homeless shelter with clothing giveaways, Bible study and chapel services.
