Peace group to host discussion on torture

The CSRA Peace Alliance will host a viewing of the National Religious Coalition Against Torture’s Solitary Confinement: Torture in Your Backyard.

The event, with includes the short film followed by a panel discussion on solitary confinement, begins at 5:30 p.m. April 23 at the Hardy Room of the Jaguar Student Activities Center at Georgia Regents University Summerville Campus, 2500 Walton Way.

Participants will hear about the effects of solitary confinement in the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay.
