‘Mass of the Children’

A performance of John Rutter’s Mass of the Children, to be held Sunday, benefits the Downtown Cooperative Church Ministries.

The concert, part of the Concerts With a Cause series at St. John United Methodist Church, 736 Greene St., begins at 3 p.m.

The L.N. Gregg Memorial Benefit Concert Choir of Dalton, Ga., performs with The Augusta Children’s Chorale under the direction of conductor Peter Infanger.

Business Fellowship

The Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship In America holds a weekly meeting at noon Wednesdays at Golden Corral Restaurant on Bobby Jones Expressway in Martinez.

All meetings are open to the public.

Speakers for December include Jay Jefferies on Dec. 5, Tim White on Dec. 12 and Cindy Tyner on Dec. 19. The group will not meet Dec. 26.
