WHAT: A hymn festival benefiting The Ronald McDonald House will close the 2011-12 season of Concerts With a Cause at St. John United Methodist Church.

WHEN: 3 p.m. Sunday

WHERE: St. John United Methodist Church, 736 Greene St.

THE FESTIVAL: David Cherwien, organist, composer and conductor of the National Lutheran Choir, will lead a selection of songs in the program, named Alleluia! A Hymn Festival for the Great 50 Days of Easter. Don Saliers, professor emeritus at Candler School Of Theology at Emory University, will speak between hymns.

COST: Free, but an offering will be taken in support of The Ronald McDonald House.
