Mayor’s breakfast

This month’s Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast begins at 8 a.m. Tuesday at Hudson Memorial C.M.E. Church.

Join Augusta Mayor Deke Copenhaver, the Rev. Gregory Young and District 1 Commissioner Matt Aitken for a time of prayer. The Rev. Larry Fryer will be the host of the event.

Musical auditions

Enopion, a Christian theater company in Augusta, will hold auditions for the original musical The Prince Is Giving a Ball on Thursdays through March 15.

Auditions will be held by appointment only at the Kroc Center, 1833 Broad St. Parts are available for men, women and youth ages 14 or older. The musical will be performed Aug. 9-11 and 16-19 at the Kroc Center.
