WHAT: Italian-American lyric tenor Marco Panuccio performs O Holy Night, an Evening of Holiday Song

ABOUT THE SHOW: Panuccio will sing Christmas favorites for Augusta crowds, who might remember him as a soloist a few years ago at the Augusta Opera’s annual Christmas at St. Paul’s concert. On Tuesday, he will be accompanied by Aaron Matthew Dixon.

ABOUT THE ARTIST: Panuccio will appear as tenor soloist in Verdi’s Requiem with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra next year. He will also appear as Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly with Grange Park Opera in the United Kingdom and in the title role in Harbison’s The Great Gatsby with Ensemble Parallèle of San Francisco.
