Church reunion

The former members of Landmark Baptist Church are invited to a reunion luncheon at 11 a.m. today, with praise and worship to follow in the sanctuary at 1 p.m.

Yard sale

First New Hope Baptist Church, 2031 White Road, will hold a churchwide yard sale at 7 a.m. today. Food and drinks will be sold, along with car washes. Call (706) 631-5423.

New album fundraiser

A concert at Vineyard Community Church will raise money to support a new album of worship music. The event starts at 7 p.m. today at the church, 4274 Frontage Road. The worship band will play eight or nine songs for the recording project. Call (706) 364-7772.

Awakening Faith

Awakening Faith, a conversation-based program for Catholics interested in returning to the church, starts Thursday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. The six-week series is from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in Room 3 of the Parish Life Building, 4921 Columbia Road, Grovetown.

Computers @ First

Computers @ First, which offers free computer classes at First Baptist Church of Augusta, has added classes:

- Pics in the Camera ... What Next? Teaches how to transfer images on a camera to the computer and basic photo editing; 3-5 p.m. Thursday.

- Help Me With My Images Please! Teaches how to display photos online, in slideshows and albums; 2-4 p.m. Oct. 21 and 28.

- PowerPoint Tips, Techniques, and Presentations. 4-6 p.m. Oct. 4, 18, and 25.

Doctor needed

The Quest Church, a United Methodist congregation in Martinez, is searching for a doctor to accompany a team on a mission to Belize. The mission, Nov. 20-27, includes worship, construction, children's ministry, women's ministry and medical aid.
