Playin' for a Cure was held Nov. 27  at First Baptist Church of Augusta.

The benefit concert was in honor of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. All proceeds went to LLS, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure for deadly blood diseases.

Teen Board Member Michaela Pollock is a senior at Lakeside High School.
