ON HIS IPOD: Switchfoot, U2 and Coldplay. "A lot of times when I lift weights, I'm listening to really heavy hard rock music. And then actually sometimes when I'm running on the treadmill, I like to listen to worship music from church."

WEIGHT-TRAINING ROUTINE: "Generally speaking, on Monday I would do a chest and tricep workout. Tuesday I will do back and biceps, and Wednesday I work on shoulders and legs. Thursday through Saturday I might repeat that sequence, and I take Sunday off."

FAVORITE FOODS: Indian food and avocados

CARDIO ROUTINE: "I do cardio probably about 30 minutes three times a week. ... Sometimes I'll run outside, 'cause I enjoy being outside. I run on the treadmill, and I like to do intervals ... where I'm running at a slow pace and then running at a really intense pace for a short amount of time."

FAVORITE WEIGHT-TRAINING EXERCISES: Dumbell chest press, tricep extensions with cables and weighted chin-ups

FITNESS GOAL: "I definitely have the goal in mind that I would like to do a marathon at some point for (the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's) Team in Training.
