Today's Home: Somerset at Williamsburg

Robbie and Kristen Moore weren’t planning to buy a new home until they stumbled upon Somerset at Williamsburg in Evans.

The young couple moved into their home six years ago, and many fond memories have been made there, such as the births of their daughters, Addison and Brooke. It’s their second home together, Kristen said.

“All the memories we’ve shared of our growing family are here. We were leisurely looking at homes on the weekend, and we came across this one. When we both walked in, we just fell in love with it,” Robbie said.

They liked the 1 1/2-story, brick home’s open floor plan and layout, with the master bedroom on one side of the home and remaining rooms on the other.

Somerset at Williamsburg offers the Moores access to amenities and plenty of future playmates for their daughters.

“Without having to get on a main road, you’ve got access to hundreds of homes,” Robbie said.“It’s quiet.”

The home has three bedrooms, three baths and an upstairs bonus room, which they one day plan to convert into a playroom.

The Moores also enjoy their backyard, which is large enough for their children and dog to play in, but doesn’t require much upkeep.
