Regarding the guest column "Will gender help or hurt?" (Oct. 21), concerning the possible election of a woman president, namely Sen. Hillary Clinton:
If I were a conservative woman, and stood in an election booth, deciding between a man currently with his third wife or a woman, even with Hillary's history, I'd be hard-put to vote for the man in his third round of marriage.
I also know that if I were in Hillary's camp, I'd be doing everything I could trying to convince Republicans going into a primary election that Rudy Giuliani is the obvious choice for Republicans who desperately hope to retain the presidency, after the record our current president has given us.
Watch what the media are doing as they manipulate their polls. It is easy to see what is happening!
