Don't complain if you didn't vote

I've been hearing much grumbling and complaining about the outcome of the July 17 election. How could this happen? The answer is voter apathy.

Just because a candidate wins the first round doesn't mean he's got the runoff sewed up. One voting precinct reported exactly one voter, while most of the others showed dismal turnouts. If you don't vote, you can't complain. Simple logic.
