“It looks like you have at least a chance every day through next week,” National Weather Service meteorologist Chris Liscinsky said Friday.
Some rain fell Thursday night, and Saturday and Sunday will have a 30 to 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, most likely in the late afternoon to evenings, with daily highs in the lower 90s and lows in the lower 70s.
Chances increase Monday with a 40 to 50 percent chance of some precipitation, before dropping back down slightly for the remainder of the week.
Although it could dampen outdoor plans, Liscinsky said it’s not an unusual occurrence for this time of year.
“We’re just getting into that typical summertime style pattern (of rainfall),” he said.
